Angel Tam joined Executive Counsel Ltd in 2004, and is responsible for all of the company's financial, administrative, and business development affairs.

She was formerly an experienced legal-secretary at reputable international law offices, renowned multi-national financial institutions, also legal-assistant at European internet consulting firm and US software firm. She is currently pursuing an MA in Cultural Management at Chinese University of Hong Kong.
