Blu joined Executive Counsel Limited as a Consultant after an impressive interview. He provides public relations, brand building, event development, and management expertise. He provides specialist services for a wide range of sectors, which include construction, infrastructure, energy, engineering, medical, healthcare, motor racing, mass media, charity, cultural advocacy, and tourism.

Hong Kong born and bred, Blu studied at the City University of Hong Kong where he led a team to successfully organise and execute a fund-raising concert for Youth Outreach, which exceeded the targeted objective by over 20%.

He is also an advocate of greater child and youth literacy and organised a Children's Village as part of the annual Hong Kong Book Festival, encouraging good reading habits in young children all over Hong Kong. He learns at least 50 new English words per day and is aiming to become Hong Kong's first mobile dictionary.

A passionate ambassador, Blu twice represented the Hong Kong Tourism Board in welcoming tourists from overseas and Mainland China. “Blu” sounds the same as “Blue”, but he is rarely blue. Every morning, he selects a beautifully ironed shirt, silk tie and dapper cufflinks that reflect his mood of the day.
